These Terms are an agreement between you and Vadim Gusakov (self-employed, trading as Veeeet), NIF Z1386004Y, Calle Camiño Fonte da Rua, 9, 36760 O Rosal, Pontevedra, Spain, email info@veeeet.org ("we"). They apply to the Veeeet mobile app and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, write to info@veeeet.org.
Veeeet helps dog owners keep their dog's information in one place and notice changes between vet visits. The App includes, among other things:
We may change, add or remove features. We try to keep the App available but cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. Reminders depend on your device's settings and may not always be delivered.
Veeeet is not a veterinary service and does not replace a vet. Health checks, the symptom checker, the AI assistant and the reference content give general information to help you decide what to do and when to see a vet. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and the App does not examine your dog.
Information, photos and documents you add remain yours. You allow us to store, process and display them only to provide the App to you (including processing by our service providers, such as the AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy) and to keep backups. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups, which are overwritten within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add. When you enter other people's details into a document (for example, a contact for a pet sitter), make sure they agree; we do not store those details on our servers.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Except in urgent cases (for example, security risks or unlawful activity), we will tell you first and give you a chance to respond.
The App is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and conditions clearly before you pay, and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement. Consumers in the EU will have the statutory rights for paid digital services, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.
We provide the App with reasonable care, but "as is", without promising specific results for your dog's health.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the App instead of consulting a vet. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
You are responsible for damage caused by your breach of these Terms or by unlawful content you upload.
The App, its software, texts, designs and logos belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your devices for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell the App or its content.
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (veeeet.org/privacy-policy-2/), which forms part of these Terms. The service providers we use are listed there.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of that country or of Spain. Other users agree to the courts of Pontevedra, Spain, unless the law of their country requires otherwise.
Before going to court, please write to info@veeeet.org — we will try to resolve the issue with you. We reply within 30 days.
We may update these Terms, for example when we add features. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or by email in advance. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can delete your account.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Not exercising a right does not mean waiving it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the App (for example, MOURO DIGITAL, S.L.), provided your rights are not reduced; we will inform you.
These Terms are available in English, Spanish and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
