Delete your Veeeet account and data
This page explains how to delete your Veeeet account (app: Veeeet, developer: Vadim Gusakov).
In the app: open Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
By email: write to info@veeeet.org from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your account and everything linked to it: dogs, health checks, symptom-checker results, passport records, free-text notes and their submission log, uploaded documents and photos, and AI conversations.
What is kept: daily server backup copies are kept for up to 7 days and then overwritten, so deleted data disappears from them within that time. Nothing else is kept.
If you only remove a dog from your account, its data is kept until you delete the account, unless you ask us to delete it sooner at info@veeeet.org.
