TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: 24/10/2026

1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms are an agreement between you and Vadim Gusakov (self-employed, trading as Veeeet), NIF Z1386004Y, Calle Camiño Fonte da Rua, 9, 36760 O Rosal, Pontevedra, Spain, email info@veeeet.org («we»). They apply to the Veeeet mobile app and related services (the «App»). By creating an account or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Who can use the App

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details secure and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, write to info@veeeet.org.

3. What the App does

Veeeet helps dog owners keep their dog’s information in one place and notice changes between vet visits. The App includes, among other things:

  • a dog profile and passport (vaccinations, medications, weight, vet visits, documents and photos);
  • health checks and questionnaires, with a summary by body system;
  • a symptom checker that suggests how urgently to contact a vet;
  • a free-text field where you describe how your dog is doing; the App suggests entries that you can confirm or edit;
  • habits, care and lifestyle sections;
  • PDF documents for a vet or a pet sitter;
  • an AI assistant that answers questions using your dog’s data;
  • reminders and a calendar.

We may change, add or remove features. We try to keep the App available but cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. Reminders depend on your device’s settings and may not always be delivered.

4. Not veterinary advice

Veeeet is not a veterinary service and does not replace a vet. Health checks, the symptom checker, the AI assistant and the reference content give general information to help you decide what to do and when to see a vet. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and the App does not examine your dog.

  • In an emergency, contact a vet or an emergency clinic immediately. Do not wait for the App.
  • If what you see in your dog differs from what the App suggests, trust your vet and your own observation.
  • Clinical content is prepared with veterinarians, but it cannot cover every individual case.

5. Symptom checker and AI assistant

  • The symptom checker works by fixed rules. Its result (for example, «contact a vet today») depends on your answers. Answer as accurately as you can.
  • The AI assistant explains and helps you act on information. It does not change the urgency set by the symptom checker. AI answers can contain mistakes. Check important information with a vet.
  • The App runs an automatic check for emergency phrases. It is a safety aid, not a guarantee: it can miss a situation or react to a harmless one. If you think your dog is in danger, contact a vet immediately, whatever the App shows.
  • Nothing from your free text is saved until you confirm it; please review the suggestions before confirming. AI features in the App are labelled as such.
  • What the AI provider receives is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include personal details in your messages or photos.

6. Your content

Information, photos and documents you add remain yours. You allow us to store, process and display them only to provide the App to you (including processing by our service providers, such as the AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy) and to keep backups. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups, which are overwritten within the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you add. When you enter other people’s details into a document (for example, a contact for a pet sitter), make sure they agree; we do not store those details on our servers.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for unlawful purposes or to promote cruelty to animals;
  • upload content that is unlawful, offensive or violates others’ rights, or other people’s personal data without their consent;
  • try to access other users’ data or our systems without authorisation, reverse-engineer the App, overload it or use automated tools to collect data;
  • impersonate others or use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Except in urgent cases (for example, security risks or unlawful activity), we will tell you first and give you a chance to respond.

8. Price

The App is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and conditions clearly before you pay, and you will not be charged without your explicit agreement. Consumers in the EU will have the statutory rights for paid digital services, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

9. Liability

We provide the App with reasonable care, but «as is», without promising specific results for your dog’s health.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the App instead of consulting a vet. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

You are responsible for damage caused by your breach of these Terms or by unlawful content you upload.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its software, texts, designs and logos belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your devices for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell the App or its content.

11. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (veeeet.org/privacy-policy-2/), which forms part of these Terms. The service providers we use are listed there.

12. Ending the agreement

  • You can stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and all data: Account → Delete account in the App, or write to info@veeeet.org. Uninstalling the App does not delete your account.
  • We may close the App or your account under section 7, or if we stop providing the service. If we stop the service, we will give you reasonable notice, where possible at least 30 days.
  • After deletion, your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of that country or of Spain. Other users agree to the courts of Pontevedra, Spain, unless the law of their country requires otherwise.

Before going to court, please write to info@veeeet.org — we will try to resolve the issue with you. We reply within 30 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the App or by email in advance. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can delete your account.

15. Country-specific notices

  • United Kingdom: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
  • California: under Civil Code §1789.3, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, tel. (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
  • Russian Federation: your rights under Law No. 2300-1 «On Protection of Consumer Rights» are not limited by these Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Not exercising a right does not mean waiving it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the App (for example, MOURO DIGITAL, S.L.), provided your rights are not reduced; we will inform you.

These Terms are available in English, Spanish and Russian. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
